In a cost-plus situation this means that you will only pay our cost to get the plans, which varies but is generally start at around $1,000 for a turn-key ready-to-build custom set. If you prefer, we can recommend one of several draftsman who we work with on a regular basis. If you can dream it, we can design it and build it. Many customers come to us with a set of drawings they saw that they want to use as inspiration. Others have drafted something very basic themselves that we need to turn into a usable set of plans. Still others leave the bulk of the design up to the creativity of the designer.
It is not uncommon for us to build from a set of plans a customer had designed before they met us or purchased from some online source. Typically we do not end up using the stock plans from plan-based web sites, but they are a great place to find ideas. We can also alter one of the many plans we already have. We have over 100 plans in our library, with only a few available to view on our website.
