Blue Ridge Custom Homes LLC can sell your existing home for you. We offer low cost 1.5% commission listings for our customers. For this price, we will place your home in the multiple listing service, place a “for sale” sign in the yard, keep your home supplied with marketing flyers on site, and help negotiate all the offers/contracts that we receive. We can also help you with a closing agent if you need one.
