Roof Tarps and Temporary Patches
We can do permanent roof repairs or temporary roof patches to prevent further damage, but roof tarps are a useful alternative to patching when applicable.

Repairs and Upgrades
We are a Class A building contractor we are able to provide repairs, upgrades and full rehabs through out the state of Virginia.
With debris removal and disposal, we remove all debris from both the interior and the exterior of the property. We also abate all present and potential hazards on or inside the property. This includes tires, oil-based paint, latex paint, motor oil, antifreeze, tires, propane tanks, car batteries, and any other hazardous materials. By partnering with Environmental Disposal Companies, we ensure that all disposal and recycling is completed in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Because we are equipped to efficiently complete any amount of debris removal, there is no job that is too big or too small.
Removing all the water from the domestic and well supplied plumbing system in the home, including the hot water tank, and then ensuring that the system will hold pressure. We also add -40 antifreeze in all drains, traps and tanks to ensure protection against damage caused by freezing temperatures.
At the request of the client when a property is sold or requires an inspection. A de-winterization consists of filling the plumbing system with water, including filling and lighting the hot water tank and ensuring that the property does not have any leaks or damage.
If we do find damage during either the winterization or de-winterization process, we are capable of repairing the damage in order to ensure that the system is able to function properly.
Twice a month we return to active, vacant properties to cut the grass and edge walkways and driveways. This prevents violations of HOA and city guidelines.
Twice a month we can return to properties to ensure that they are clean and smelling fresh for showings and viewings.
These cleanings consist of the following:
- Wipe down all countertops and surfaces
- Sweep all hard floor surfaces
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Replace air fresheners (with date written on the air freshener)
- Re-clean toilets, cleaning the toilet and pouring more antifreeze in the toilet after it has been cleaned
